What to pull from your billing system+

Any claims-level export works: look for "Claims Detail," "Charges & Payments," or "Transaction Report" in your billing module, plus your remittance (ERA/EOB) downloads for the same 3–6 month range. If you can only get part of it, upload what you have — we'll guide you on the rest.
